Terms and Conditions

We are interested in satisfying our customers and providing a distinguished online shopping experience, so all products purchased from the store can be exchanged and returned according to the following conditions:
- Existence of a defect or manufacturing defect in the product.
- In the event that you received a wrong product, you do not have the right to open or use it, and if it was opened or used, or the product packaging was damaged, we have the right not to replace or return it with the correct product that you requested.
- The refund process by WGN Store takes 15 to 21 working days from the date the product arrives at our warehouse.
- In the event that the payment was made electronically, the amount will be returned to the same account through which the payment was made.
- The process of recovering the amount by the bank takes 15 to 21 working days.
- In the event that shipping or delivery is free and the customer wants to return the product, the first shipping or delivery amount is deducted 45 riyals, and the customer is not entitled to claim it.
- Shipping or handling fees paid by you upon ordering will not be refunded.
- You have the right to exchange the product within one day only from the date of receipt of the order
- You have the right to return the product within one day only from the date of the request.
- Any discounted products cannot be exchanged or returned using a discount coupon for any reason, unless there is a manufacturing defect in the product.
- You bear all shipping costs at the beginning of the order and upon return, replacement, or delay in receiving the order in all cases, except if the product has a manufacturing defect.
