Refund and Returns Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

  • Customers can withdraw from their purchase contract within 14 days without providing any reason.
  • The withdrawal period starts from the day the customer, or a third party designated by the customer (excluding the carrier), takes physical possession of the goods.

2. How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal

  • To withdraw, customers must inform us of their decision through a clear statement (e.g., letter by post, fax, or email).

  • Customers may use the provided withdrawal form (optional). Upon receipt of the withdrawal request, we will acknowledge it via email or another durable medium without delay.

3. Effects of Withdrawal

  • Upon withdrawal:
    • All payments, including delivery costs (excluding extra costs for non-standard delivery options), will be reimbursed.
    • Reimbursement will occur without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we receive the withdrawal notice.
    • Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction unless explicitly agreed otherwise. No fees will be charged for the refund.

4. Return of Goods

  • We will collect the goods.
  • Customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
  • Customers are liable for any reduction in the goods’ value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and functionality.

5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

  • Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged due to legal exceptions. Customers will be informed if this applies to their purchase.
